The best way to guarantee a great experience for your taste buds is to review the FAQs and keep in mind that our cakes are chewy, not crunchy. If you have an issue that isn’t covered below, please reach out to our team and we will help you work through a solution.
Shipping: Check your shipping addresses and arrival dates for each item carefully! We guarantee delivery only to the provided address and on the date specified. Keep in mind that our cakes stay fresh for 2 weeks after the shipping date. Once they are open, they should be eaten within 2 days. We also cannot guarantee the condition of the package, and cannot account for shipping disturbances.
Refunds and Replacements: Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.
Orders: Orders can be placed 24/7 via the www.poppedpassion.com website and on Amazon. For any special requests, please place your order, and then email info@poppedpassion with your name, order number, and special request.
Cancellation Policy or Change of Order: Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated to us before 12PM ET the same day. If outside this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation.
Handling and Freshness: All products shipped from Popped Passion are prepared and shipped within 1-2 days of ordering. Do not open the product until you plan to eat it. Upon opening, the product will remain fresh up to 2 days. Failure to report stale cakes within 48 hours of receiving the order will be at the loss of the consumer. Other defects must be reported within 30 days from receipt of order. We are committed to using high quality ingredients. Our products have no artificial preservatives and will stay fresh in the air-tight bag for up to 2 weeks after shipping.
